A CRISPR sgRNA/ssDNA donor design tool for knock-in tag experiments - Developed by the Pollard lab.

TAG-IN is a sgRNA/ssDNA design tool aimed at optimising CRISPR knock-in tag experimentation. It provides a complete approach by considering both on and off-target sgRNA scoring models, as well as providing a novel ssDNA design function. TAG-IN provides a flexible selection of knock-in tags and a choice between both Human and Mouse genomes.

A number of further options are due to be implemented including:

  • 5 prime tagging
  • Enumerative Off-target searching as per user choice (up to 6MM)
  • Further user defined tags as required
